We can arrange delivery of our steel kit homes to New Caledonia, including Nouméa and a number of other locations throughout the islands.
The homes are supplied in kit form rather than as completed buildings, making them suitable for shipping from Australia. The components are packed for transport and the home can then be constructed at its destination using local builders and trades.
Our homes use steel wall frames and roof trusses, providing a strong and durable structure that is well suited to kit home construction.
When supplying a home to New Caledonia, it’s important that the engineering is suitable for the location where the home will be built. Wind and cyclone requirements can vary depending on the area and need to be established before the kit is finalised.
Local building requirements also need to be considered. Because the home is being supplied outside Australia, the requirements for the particular site should be checked early in the planning process.

International freight is a little different to delivering a kit within Australia, so it’s best to talk to us about your location before ordering. We can then look at the home you’ve selected, where it needs to go and the shipping requirements involved.
